Q: What is FBLA? What will joining FBLA do for me?

A: FBLA stands for “Future Business Leaders of America.” It is a nationally recognized club that allows its members to learn and grow their experience in the vast field of business. Joining FBLA is a great way to network with people from across the country that are interested in the same passions you are. It gives you a means to pursue your goals through competitive events and workshops. Plus, it looks great on college applications!

Q: How do I join FBLA? 

A: Please fill out the membership and CHOW points form located on the FBLA Google Classroom. You can also access the membership form on the website. For more information on the classroom code please contact Mr. Annett or any board member. Make sure to fill these out as soon as possible during the beginning of the school year!

Q: Where is NJ SLC? Where is NLC 2023?

A: NJ SLC takes place in Atlantic city after regionals competitions. You will compete on a state level in the competitive events you selected and worked on. If you place 1st-4th in SLC, you will be invited to attend NLC, the national leadership conference. The 2023 FBLA NLC will take place in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Q: How much are dues? 

A: Dues cost $30 and should be paid as soon as possible in cash in room B-222 periods 3, 4, and 7. Please try to bring dues by the first general meeting! Dues must be handed in by November 6th, 2024.
